Pickles was born in 2025 from an idea of Mattia Beninati, Nicolò Bertelli and Alessandro Zampieri, partners and managers of the Al Mercante and Chet Bar in Venice, and from their passion for cocktails, but also for cuisine, twisted to create a place with a fresh, joyful atmosphere and well-made food.

Pickles offers contemporary vegetarian and seafood cuisine that is protein-rich, healthy, respectful of intolerances and sustainable. Burgers, snacks, dishes and a wide selection of craft beers (including gluten-free), natural wines, cocktails, mocktails and homemade kombucha.
